Alister is a DJ and music promoter, with a career spanning back to the 80’s. Influenced by the early rave scene and the new era of acid parties, he met and played for many south coast promoters, playing venues such as Menage a Trois, The Golden Hill Fort, Sterns and many boat parties such as Atlantis.  In addition to this, DJ’ing has taken him Stateside, where he gigged for Transglobal dance. He has also played in many locations in Europe, as well as most of the UK. 

Alister has his own production company called The Balearic Picnic that takes over a park in his local town of Farnham, which sees a local based team of DJ’s solely playing chill out downtempo Balearic grooves. He also hosts a regular radio show with Kanefm, 9-11pm Thursday. Look out for the Also Available in Digital Mixes that are upfront and will take you on a journey.

Having played with most of the big name DJs his knowledge and experience comes across well and is able to feed a dance floor with just what it needs.
